The Carnuel and Monticello area is about four miles East of the Tramway/I-40 Intersection. This location straddles I-40 but to the North and South. The large majority of homes are on the North side.
The Carnuel and Monticello Homes may be manufactured, single-family stick-built homes with an average price of around $260K. Lot sizes here tend to be around a half acre and one of the draws to the area. There is no HOA for the general area, so restrictions are nominal.
Modern conveniences are just a short drive West into Albuquerque. Shopping, Dining, and Entertainment are readily available. If you’re looking for a slower pace, head up the canyon to Tijeras, Cedar Crest, Sandia Ski Area, and other great locations throughout the East Mountains. The Manzano Mountain area is another great area to search for Mountain homes.
