We just recently sold our NW Albuquerque New Mexico home. We wanted to share with you the experience we enjoyed with our two Realtors, John & Shirley McCormack of Albuquerque Homes Realty.
John & Shirley have certainly opened our eyes to what professional real estate services should be. Not only did we get the experience of two seasoned Realtors but from the very beginning they have been completely on target, on time and always available. Initially we were provided a detailed Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) on our home and we were carefully educated on how to best price our home and effectively prepare it to gain the most market attraction.
John & Shirley marketed our home with a full arsenal.
