When my wife and I were first thinking of selling our home in search of a larger home, we wanted to find a realtor that was compatible with us. Because purchasing a home is a very big step or milestone (regardless of it’s a first home or a move-up home), we wanted to find a realtor that would: look out for our best interests; listen to our likes / dislikes, and serve as an un-biased third-party in case emotions were to influence or drive our decisions. I had remembered that John McCormack lived in our neighborhood and based on the quality of his email advertisements and web page appeared to be very professional. With the purchase of our new home, John always ensured that our best interests were taken care of. John would continually send us email alerts of listings that met our specific criteria (i.e. area, schools, size, price, etc.). We are a military family and buying and selling homes seems to happen every few years. In all our moving John McCormack has been the best realtor we could have hoped to work with. He was recommended to us from cousins that also had a wonderful experience buying with him.
I contacted John from Florida witha strict idea of what I wanted in a home and an even stricter budget. John met us once we got to Albuquerque witha list of homes that fit our requests and took us all over the East Mountains one weekend. When my wife and I were first thinking of selling our home in search of a larger home, we wanted to find a realtor that was compatible with us.
